Plymouth Model Flying Club is situated south east of Plymouth just on the outskirts of Modbury and is located half a mile from 7 Stones Cross. Our site is open every day with flying from 1000am to dusk. We have an excellent grass take off and landing strip approximately 100m by 80m. This landing strip is surrounded by a grassed area in which we have 4 pit areas and ample room for parking. We fly all types of fixed wing aircraft which can be powered by IC engines or electric motors or gliders. We are affiliated with the British Model Flying Association (BMFA). We are also accredited by the South Hams Sports Council and a member of the Plymouth Advisory Sports Council. |
